Character Slot....

So in the area in my profile where it lists my available character slots, I'm not sure what's wrong with it, but for awhile now it's always been saying that I have one, even when I don't have any. It doesn't like its getting updated at all. I'm not sure what's wrong at all. Help?

Did you have your name highlighted in blue before on the master player key list? Because they were the only ones who were to be updated. If not, if you've applied for a character recently, it might not have changed due to the fact it's slower on the updating the hub account now.

To add to this, Mary...

We now update your slot number on the Hub every single time you make a character, so it should always be accurate. Let us know if there's anything else! :)
